Thank you, Mr. Lewis, for opening my eyes to the truth of our history and showing me the power of love is greater than the power of hate. You have inspired me to speak out, to listen and give voice and support to the powerless, and be an active participant in my community and my country. We will continue the dignified Good Fight in your honor.

Mr. John Lewis was one of GOD's earthly angels, and he did his job on this earthly place so well.
He was a man of great FAITH, and he followed GOD rules: He that believeth in me , Greater works than these shall he do!
May he remain in the hearts of all of us and may he rest in Peace.

Our deepest sympathy.
John Lewis, a name I heard many times from my Dad, a dairy farmer in Minnesota. By my Dad’s words I came to know Rep. Lewis. To respect, trust, and believe in him as a great advisor. A life well lived.
God bless you all.
God bless John Lewis.

Thank you Representative John Lewis for your tireless service to this country to make it better than it was. While there is still a long way to go, you are the change you needed to see. You took action. Your action inspires many people to live their lives the way you did. You represent a true hero and what a man should be - striving to make the world a better place, fighting tirelessly for justice. The world (and this country) is a better place for having you in it.

Congressman Lewis and the Lewis Family,
So grateful for your life and modeling of how to do the hard everyday work for others.
Thank you for inspiring all civil rights advocates. Disability advocates who started out as students, like yourself, learned a great deal from you and your colleagues. I am eternally grateful to have been mentored by you.
You did your share. Your eternal outcomes are the testament to that work and your words remind us the work continues...

We have lost a true gem and living history. Condolences to the son and family of Rep. John Robert Lewis. Our civil rights and voting rights today are due to his persistence and work through the years where he sacrificed his life. This Champion of Justice will be forever remembered in the annals of history. Known as the “Conscience of Congress”, Congressman Lewis did not mind speaking up, even if it was regarding unpopular issues. If he saw an injustice, he would call it out. As he always said, “if you see something, say (or do) something”. He did not mind making trouble in the name of justice. He called it, “Good Trouble”.
Now he rests in the arms of his maker; A well deserved rest. Rest In Peace and Power Representative Lewis. Thank you for your contributions and bravery for the cause of moral injustice.🙏🏽
